The entry fee for this event is structured as an event fee—not a green fee—which means it supports a broad range of non-recoverable costs involved in planning, staffing, and delivering a tournament experience, even in cases where weather disrupts play.

This policy is consistent with how we handle similar situations across WNYPGA Section events and WNYPGA Jr Tour events.
