Additional Local Rules

 

Out of Bounds

 

· Beyond the walls and fences marking the boundary of the links

· The car park, clubhouse surrounds and administration building

· The kerb on the lefthand side of the 2nd fairway, near the clubhouse defines out of bounds, this kerb continues down to the wall at the back of the 2nd green.

 

Abnormal Course Conditions

 

All artificial surfaces and gravel pathways are ACCs. Relief as per Rule 16.1

 

Immovable Obstructions

 

The stay wires on the left of the 17th and 18th holes are immovable obstructions. Relief as per Rule 16.1

Integral

The storehouse and supporting walls on the lefthand side of 2nd fairway are integral.

 

Turf Nurseries

 

The turf nurseries to the left of the 6th hole and to the right of the 15th hole, defined by blue stakes, are ground under repair from which play is prohibited. If a player’s ball comes to rest in either of these areas or if the area interferes with the players stance or area of intended swing, the player must take relief under Rule 16.1 or, without penalty, play from the drop zone provided.

 

Traffic Mirror and Post

 

The traffic mirror and post inside the wall near the 18th green and the post inside the wall left of the 17th championship tee box are deemed to be an integral part of the course

 

Evacuation Policy

 

In the event of an evacuation players make their way back to the clubhouse or to the shelter at the machinery yard near the #16th tee. Please proceed to the nearest point. (Holes # 8 ,9th tee, 10th green, 12th, 13th, 14th tee, 15th green, 16th and 17th tee all go to the machinery yard.)

 

Animals

 

A player may remove animals that are not defined as loose impediments MLR E-13 is in effect
