The Squire (Men’s Invitational)
The Squire is one of our premier events and our final Men’s Member Guest of the season. To honor Hall of Famer and Harrison’s very own Gene Sarazen, the Men’s Invitational has been renamed The Squire.
The event had 40 teams in its inaugural year. Since then, the event has grown to its maximum of 60 teams and continues to sell out before registration closes. The fun and games begin well before the ball is in the air and the day is capped off with a chip off from the Terrace down to 9 green.
This tournament is open to 1 Member and 1 Guest.
Date: Friday, September 18th
Tournament Format: 2-person best ball with gross and net winners.
Handicaps: The Low H.I. will be used from the past 6 months.
Schedule of Events
10:30am-11:45pm: Registration with lite lunch and “Dinks and Drinks” Putting Contest.
12:00pm: Shotgun Start
There will be a variety of food and beverage stations throughout the round. On course contests.
5:00pm-7:00pm: “Heavy” Dinner Stations, Desserts, Beverages and awards reception on the Covered Patio.
7:00pm-Chip off from the Terrace to the 9th Green.
Entry Fee: $600 per team.
Entry fee includes golf, tee prize, on course contests, prizes for winning teams, lunch prior with beverages, on course food and beverages, cocktail style dinner and awards reception. Chip off following the tournament.
*Tee Prize – Players with sizes Small through XXL will receive an RLX Lounge Hoodie featuring the tournament logo. Players requiring XXXL sizing will receive an RLX Waffle Hoodie with the tournament logo. Lounge Hoodie Waffle Hoodie
