REGISTRATION
All players must register from 7:00am - 1:00pm on Thursday, June 18 before their practice round at Neepawa Golf & Country Club. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they MUST notify the Golf Canada Tournament Director, Rogan Doyle (rdoyle@golfcanada.ca) and register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their first tee time for Round 1. Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Neepawa Golf & Country Club on Thursday, June 18 from 7:00am - 12;30pm. Players MUST book their Official Practice Round in the Golf Genius tournament page HERE starting TBD. Tee Times are available on a first come, first serve basis. Players must not book times outside of the allotted tee time window. A complimentary lunch will be provided to players during the Official Practice Round.

POWER CARTS are PROHIBITIED for players, coaches, and spectators during the Official Practice Round or championship play.
ELECTRONIC PUSH CART POLICY
Utilizing a motorized push or pull cart at a competition that does not allow caddies is a violation of the Golf Canada motorized transportation policy. Motorized push or pull carts are therefore not permitted for use at NextGen Championships.
TALENT ID CAMP
Golf Canada is pleased to announce a National Talent Identification (Talent ID) Camp focused on golfers aged 15 and under participating in the tournament. Scheduled on the day of the practice round, the camp will provide valuable education and assessment for players in the early stages of their competitive golf journey.
The camp features four key testing areas: driving, short game, putting, and physical testing assessments. Additionally, a fifth area, approach, may be included based on facility availability.
Accepted players into the field will receive a registration link via e-mail shortly after the Final Registration Deadline. Players are encouraged to invite their coaches to the camp and parents are welcome to observe.

STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Tuesday, June 16. Final round starting times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes.
CUT POLICY
After 36 holes, the field will be reduced to approximately 50% of each division. Final cut policy for the Junior Boys and Junior Girls will be determined one week prior to the championship and will be shared in the Player Memo. If the field does not exceed 80 players, there will be no cut.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the championship approximately 2-3 days before the Official Practice Round. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.
YARDAGE BOOKS

TRANSPORTATION

CADDIES, COACHES, & SPECTATORS
Golf Canada adopts the following guidelines for the NextGen Championships:
• Caddies: Are NOT allowed for Golf Canada junior competitions.
• Spectators: Are permitted during the championship and must abide by the Parent & Spectator Code of Conduct.
• Coaches: Must obtain a coach's lanyard in the Tournament Office to access behind the ropes within the practice facilities.
CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse will be open daily at 6:30am. Breakfast will be available at 7:00am daily.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
The practice facilities will open at 6:30am. Balls are complimentary prior to a player’s round, courtesy of the host club.
PUSH CARTS
Push carts are NOT AVAILABLE at Neepawa Golf & Country Club. Please make alternate arrangements to bring a push cart if you hope to utilize one.

ENREGISTREMENT
Tous les participants doivent s’enregistrer entre 7h - 13h le jeudi 18 mai, avant leur ronde d’entraînement au Neepwaw Golf Club. Si un joueur ou une joueuse n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, il DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Rogan Doyle (rdoyle@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat. Les joueurs et joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE OFFICIELLE D’ENTRAÎNEMENT
Tous les joueurs ont droit à une ronde d’entraînement gratuite au Neepawa Golf Club le jeudi 18 juin de 7h - 12h30. Les joueurs peuvent réserver leur ronde officielle d’entraînement sur la page du tournoi de Golf Genius ICI
Les voiturettes de golf motorisées sont INTERDITES aux participants, entraîneurs ou spectateurs pendant la ronde officielle d’entraînement et les rondes du championnat.
L'utilisation d'un chariot motorisé à pousser ou à tirer lors d'une compétition qui n'autorise pas les caddies constitue une violation de la politique de Golf Canada en matière de transport motorisé. Les chariots motorisés à pousser ou à tirer ne sont donc pas autorisés lors des championnats NextGen.
CAMP DE DÉPISTAGE DES TALENTS
Golf Canada a le plaisir d'annoncer un camp de dépistage du talent pour les golfeurs idéalement de 15 ans et moins qui participeront au tournoi. Prévu le jour de la ronde d'entraînement, le camp offrira une formation et une évaluation précieuses aux joueurs nouveaux au golf en compétition.
Le camp comprend quatre domaines d'évaluation : coups de départ, jeu court, coups roulés et les tests physiques. En outre, un cinquième domaine, l'approche, peut être inclus en fonction de la disponibilité des installations.
Les joueurs acceptés recevront un lien d'inscription par courriel peu après la date limite d'inscription. Les joueurs sont encouragés à inviter leurs entraîneurs au camp et les parents sont invités à observer.

HEURES DE DÉPART
Les heures de départ pour la première et la deuxième ronde seront affichées en ligne le mardi 16 juin. Les heures de départ de la ronde finale seront transmises par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 ou 2 heures après la conclusion du jeu de deuxième ronde.
POLITIQUE DE COUPERET
Après 36 trous, le tableau de compétition sera réduit à environ 50% de chaque division. La politique de couperet final des golfeurs juniors et des golfeuses juniors sera déterminée une semaine avant le championnat. Si le tableau de compétition ne compte pas plus de 80 joueurs et joueuses, il n’y aura pas de couperet.

Golf Canada déterminera les distances finales pour la compétition 3 à 5 jours avant la ronde officielle d’entraînement. Golf Canada se réserve le droit de modifier les jalons et les distances en fonction des conditions du parcours et de la météo.

Les joueurs et joueuses sont responsables de l’organisation de leur propre transport pendant le Championnat. CADETS, ENTRAÎNEURS, ET SPECTATEURS
Golf Canada appliquera les directives suivantes pour les Championnats NextGen :
- Cadets : NE sont PAS autorisés pendant les compétitions juniors de Golf Canada.
- Spectateurs : Sont autorisés pendant le championnat et doivent respecter le Code de conduite des parents et spectateurs.
- Entraîneurs : Les entraîneurs sont autorisés sur le terrain pendant le championnat, cependant, ils doivent se procurer un laissez-passer d’entraîneur au bureau du tournoi pour pouvoir accéder aux installations d’entraînement à l’intérieur des cordes.
PAVILLON
Le pavillon ouvrira tous les matins à 6h30. Le déjeuner sera servi à compter de 7h tous les jours.
INSTALLATIONS D’EXERCICE
Les installations d’exercice ouvriront à 6h30. Les balles d’entraînement sont gratuites pour un participant avant sa ronde, courtoisie du club hôte.
CHARIOTS À MAIN
Les chariots manuels ne sont PAS DISPONIBLES au Neepawa Golf & Country Club. Veuillez prendre d'autres dispositions pour apporter un chariot manuel si vous souhaitez en utiliser un.
