Registration is open to all junior aged players who reside in Zone 2, and are under 19 years of age as of August 1, 2026.  The minimum age of participation is 10 years of age, unless specifically approved by the Junior Chair and Junior Coordinator.  The maximum handicap index for boys is 30 and for girls 36.  Players are expected to be able to complete a competitive round of golf in about 4 hours.  Players must be a member of Golf Canada and have a Golf Canada Member # in order to register. This may be through being a member of a Zone 2 Club or either British Columbia Golf or Golf Canada Players Club.  If you are not a member you may join through this link: Golf Canada Membership.  Registration payments as well as payments for events are via credit card.

The Junior Tour commences on April 11th at Osoyoos Golf Club with 12 events heading from the south part of the zone to the north part, culminating in the Junior Championship at Gallagher's Canyon G & CC on June 6th and 7th.  To participate players must join the Zone 2 Junior Tour League at a cost of $55, and then may enter individual events at a cost of $60 per event, except the Junior Championship cost is $190 as it involves two rounds of golf, two meals and a signifcant number of prizes.  The $60 cost for other events includes green fees, a light meal and prizes.

Competition takes place for an overall Low Gross award and Overall Low Net.  Competition is also in three flights - Bantam - 14 and under; Juvenile 15 & 16; and Junior 17 & 18.  All age dates are as of August 1, 2026.  

The registration deadline for each event is the Monday at 6:00 p.m. prior as sufficient notice must be given to the host clubs for the number of players participating.  Refunds for registrations must also be received by the same date, as guarantees will be given to the clubs first thing Tuesday morning.  Refund amounts for the regular events will be $55 and $180 for the Junior Championship.
