9-Hole League — Local Rules

Hole #10

  • 💧 Lake on the right is a lateral water hazard

  • 🚫 Left edge of the cart path and stakes on the left are out of bounds

  • 🌾 Weeds and rocks on the right, near the green, are lateral hazards

Hole #11

  • 💧 The lake on the right and behind the green, plus rocks and the drainage area left of the green, are all lateral water hazards

  • ⛳ If your ball lands in the lake behind the green, use the drop area located between the two bunkers (front left of the green)

  • 🪵 Railroad ties in the bunker (right of the green) or used as steps in hazards are integral to the course — no free relief. Use Rule 26 with penalty

  • 🪨 Railroad ties left of the green are immovable obstructions — you get free relief if they interfere with your ball, stance, or swing (Rule 24-2b)

Hole #12

  • 🌊 Area in front of the tee box is a lateral hazard

  • 🌊 Lake and ditches are lateral water hazards (unless marked as standard water hazards — follow Rule 26)

  • 🚫 White stakes on the left mark out of bounds

  • 🟡 Use the drop zone on the far side of the hazard near the green

Hole #13

  • 🚧 Boundary fence on the left is out of bounds

  • 🛣️ Road on the left is an obstruction

  • 🌊 Ditch on the right is a lateral water hazard

Hole #14

  • 🌿 Ditch on the left and reedy area on the right of the green are lateral hazards

  • 🚧 Boundary fence is out of bounds

Hole #15

  • 🌾 Reedy area on the left, small drainage front left, and ditch behind the green are lateral hazards

  • 🌿 Tall grass in front of the cart path and right of the tee box are lateral hazards too

Hole #16

  • 🌊 Ditch on the left of the fairway = lateral hazard

  • 🚧 Fence beyond the ditch = out of bounds

  • 🌊 Ditch on the right and lake behind the green are lateral hazards

Hole #17

  • 🌊 Ditch on the right = lateral hazard

  • 💧 Ditch in front of the women’s tee box = water hazard

  • 🚫 White stakes and boundary fence on the left = out of bounds

Hole #18

  • 🌊 Lake and ditch on the right are lateral water hazards

  • 🟨 If your ball lands in the first lake from the tee box → replay from the tee

  • If your ball lands in the second lake (behind the bridge to Hole 10) →
    ▸ Replay from the tee OR
    ▸ Use the drop zone (marked with a long yellow stake) to the left of the bridge

  • 🚫 White stakes on the left = out of bounds

  • Respect the course and your fellow players by knowing your relief options.

  • Look for markers and play by the rules to keep things smooth and fun!

  • If you’re ever unsure, ask your playing partners or check with the pro shop before your round.
