✅ Before You Start
1. Fill Out Your Scorecard (Front Nine Side)

Write your first and last name on the bottom half

Indicate your flight and 9-hole handicap

If you don’t have a handicap, write NH
-
You are the “Player” on this card
2. Exchange Cards
-
Swap scorecards with someone in your foursome
-
On their card (Front Nine Side), write your name as the “Scorer” (top portion)
-
Keep this card until the round is over
📝 During Your Round
3. Record Scores

On the scorecard you’re keeping:

Write your own strokes and putts in the top portion
-
Write the Player’s strokes and putts in the bottom portion
-
4. Pick-Ups & Stroke Limits
-
If a player doesn’t complete a hole or hits 10 strokes, mark it as PU (Picked Up)
-
Note: PU scores may be ineligible for prizes, depending on the day’s game
✍️ After the Round
5. Mark Key Plays

Circle all Pars, Birdies, and Eagles
-
Indicate any Chip-Ins with CI
6. Add It All Up
-
Total the strokes and putts for both players
-
Compare scores with the Player
-
Resolve any discrepancies before turning in the card
7. Sign & Attest
-
The Scorer signs and dates the scorecard
-
Return the card to its Player
-
The Player signs and dates to attest the score
8. Calculate Final Score

Net Score (NET)

9. Turn It In
-
Submit your completed card at the hostess table

Pay 10¢ per putt over 2 on each hole
-
A hostess will be available to answer any questions
