REGISTRATION FEE: $150 per participant

REGISTRATION CLOSES: August 22, 2026 at 11:00 pm

FIRST STARTING TIME: Sunday Aug 30 - NOON  /  Monday Aug 31 - 8:00 a.m.

FORMAT: Two-day, 36 hole Stroke Play (Championship & Super Senior Divisions)

                  Two-day, 36 hole Stableford Points (Stableford Flight) 

DIVISIONS: Senior Overall (ages 50+), Super-Senior (ages 65+), Stableford (ages 50+)

Age determined as of the date of the event.

*Select which division that you would like to compete in when registering. 

TEES:   Championship Division - White tees

              Stableford Division - Gold tees

              Super Senior Division - Gold tees

CARTS: Carts are included for both rounds in the Registration Fee. 

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION: The use of motorized golf carts is mandatory during all Championships.  Only participants may ride in golf carts.  Spectator carts are at the discretion of the host course. Walking spectators are always welcomed at Berks County Golf Association Championships.  However, you should contact the host course regarding their policy.

CADDIES: Walking caddies are permitted to assist players during their round.  Caddies may NOT ride in motorized carts.  It is recommended that they walk in front of the playing group that they are with.

TIES: If there is a tie at the conclusion of play, a ‘Sudden Death’ playoff will be used to determine a Champion for each Division.  Ties for all other prize places will be divided equally.

PRIZES: Prizes will be determined by the number of participants in each Division, with a larger portion of the prize pool going to the Championship Division.
