TOURNAMENT DATE: Monday-Tuesday, June 15-16
SHOTGUN START: You should arrive at your assigned tee at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled starting time.

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Please contact the golf shop for rates and availability, (810) 329-7458. Contestants must call in advance to reserve a tee time and identify themselves as part of the GAM Women’s Championship. Rates and availability are at the host facility's discretion.
GPS AND RANGE FINDERS: In this competition, if a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his/her play, AND USES IT FOR THOSE OTHER CONDITIONS, the player is in breach of Rule 4.3, for which the penalty is TWO STROKES for the first breach of this rule and DISQUALIFICATION for a subsequent breach during the stipulated round.
FOOD: A complimentary lunch will be provided on both days of the competition.
CADDIES/CARTS: This is a walking tournament; caddies are allowed. Spectator carts are only permitted if a request, accompanied by a doctor’s note confirming the spectator’s need for a cart, is submitted to the GAM at least two days prior to the competition. Requests and doctor’s notes can be submitted to tournaments@gam.org and doctor’s notes can also be faxed to (248) 478-5536 attn: GAM Tournament Dept. Saginaw CC may not have a large enough cart fleet to accommodate spectator cart requests.
PRACTICE RANGE: Complimentary for players on the day of the competition, prior to play only.
PLAYOFF: In the case of a tie, a hole-by-hole playoff will begin immediately after all scores are posted. It is the player's responsibility to be present and ready to play when called for a playoff. Ties for all other prizes will be broken by a scorecard playoff.
WITHDRAWAL: If you must withdraw, please notify the GAM by e-mailing tournaments@gam.org. If you must withdraw within 24 hours of the competition, please contact the GAM office at (248) 478-9242 ext. 124. Failure to notify may result in suspension from future GAM competitions.
