Player one should provide their email address in order to recieve communication. You only need to provide email addresses of players 2-4 if you'd like for them to pay individually. At the end of registration, you can have an email sent to them that requests them to pay. Provide your cell phone if you'd like to receive text updates about the tournament in case of inclement weather.

If you don't know the names of golfers, then you'll need to fill out a TBA as their first and last name.
