Qualifying Details

 

Date: Sunday, November 8, 2026

 

Field size:  72 players

 

Qualifying spots: A minimum of three spots will be available.

 

Starting times: 8:00 am - 11:00 am off #1

 

Entry fee:  $95

 

Caddies:  Players are NOT allowed to use a caddie.

 

On-site registration - There is no formal registration.  Players are asked to check in with the starter 10 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.

 

Electronic scorecards: Players will use the Golf Genius app on their cell phones as the official scorecard.  Please ensure that you download and update the app before the start of round one.  GGIDs will be sent via text before each round to access the scorecards.

 

Practice rounds:  Practice rounds are available on Saturday, November 7, 2026.  Please call Longleaf for price and availability.

 

Spectator carts - A limited number of spectator carts will be available at a rate of $35 per round.  Spectator carts must remain on the cart paths at all times.

Refund Policy - All refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be credited to the player's account. The withdrawal breakdown is below. 
If you withdraw more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a 100% credit, minus the processing fee.
If you withdraw between 14 and 29 days, you will receive a 75% credit, minus the processing fee. 
If you withdraw within 14 days, we do not provide a credit.
