New England Amateur Qualifying - Crystal Lake GC

Practice Rounds: Competitors are encouraged to call the Pro Shop to schedule their practice round tee time. Practice Rounds are available to competitors only and are based on the Club's availability within the day/time windows listed below. Competitors will be required to pay a mandatory trail fee of $35 whether they walk or ride for their practice round: 

 

  • Practice Rounds may be booked starting on Monday, June 8th
  • Practice Rounds are available from Monday, June 15th - Sunday, June 28th 
    • Monday - Thursday - Before 1PM
    • Friday - Sunday - 12:30pm - 2:30pm

 

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 7:30am off the 1st tee. Pairings & Starting Times can be accessed by clicking the "Starting Times" tab above. 

 

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 11 qualifying places (plus ties). Players who qualify will advance to the 97th New England Amateur Championship at GreatHorse (Hampden, MA). 

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation is permitted and the cost of golf carts is included in the players entry fee. 

 

Caddies: Caddies are permitted. Caddies may not have an open seat to ride in a golf cart, as the NEGA does not permit more than two golf carts per group at any event. 

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLUE tee yardage (Approx 6,100 yards; par 71).

 

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: There is no driving range at Crystal Lake. Garrison Golf Center is approximately five minutes away by car. Food & Beverage service will not be available in the morning. Lunch service will be available beginning at 10:30am. Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase throughout the day. 

 

*There will be no registration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to receive local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
