Key Challenges Identified

1. Tee Time Access

  • Prime tee times (4:30–5:30 PM) fill immediately - There are no Prebooking options or favoritism in this step. It is a public league and all tee times are available at the specific times.

  • Late tee times result in darkness, unfinished holes, missed prizing - Booking window clearly defined

  • Booking system issues (lag, errors, duplicate bookings)

2. Perceived Fairness

  • Same players winning prizes repeatedly - We try to have prizing designed to accommodate all players

  • Door prizes favor early tee times - As outlined We have 2 separate draw times to address this

  • Proximity markers favor stronger players - We will have more contests for everyone

3. Communication Timing

  • Emails often arrive too late or inconsistently - Weekly and daily emails sill be scheduled

  • Winners, specials, and themes not always clearly communicated

4. Pricing Sensitivity

  • Cost increases noted and compared to competing leagues - Pricing is outlined in the portal prior to registration

Strategic Takeaways

  • Addressing tee time fairness, prize equity, and communication will materially improve satisfaction

  • Pricing and value must be clearly justified and better packaged
