TEE-TIMES

 

Tee-Time bookings for Men's Night are available Wednesday's from 12:00pm until 7:00pm - 7:30pm. Players are able to play 9 or 18 holes each week. Woodside will alternate the starting 9 from front to back each week, so that 9 hole players get the opportunity to play both the front 9 and the back 9 throughout the season. All events are scored on the first 9 in play.

 

BOOKING MEN'S NIGHT TEE-TIMES

 

Only registered Men's Night Players will be able to book tee-times within the Men's Night block.  All registered Men's Night Players will be able to book 8 days in advance for league play beginning at 6:00pm on Tuesday nights. Historically, demand for tee-times has been very strong, so we recommend you book as soon as you are able to via the Online Booking System at www.woodsidegc.com

 

It is important that tee-time bookings be accurate for the following reasons.

 

(1) The number of players designated for each booking must match so that we are able to protect the integrity of our tee-sheet to ensure that access to tee-times is available to everyone. If you book for (4) players and show up with less than that number, you will be billed for the missing players. 

 

(2) It helps dramatically with setup if you include the names of the players in your booking. We utilize mobile accessible scoring for all of our leagues, which requires us to enter the information into the system so that users are able to access the correct scorecard for their group.

 

Registered players will be able to invite guests to play in Men's Night, however they will not have access to discounted rates, player of the year points, etc... Please review the rate sheet for details.

 

 

Guests will ONLY be permitted June - August and not during "Major" Nights
