Format of Play
- 18 Holes – Individual Medal as per WAGC rules
- Morning shotgun start
- Played under the Rules of Golf (R&A)
- Full handicap allowance within official WAGC divisions
- Men play from the Yellow tees and ladies from the Red tees
- Players must be 18 years of age or older
- A security deposit is required to secure your participation. From one (1) week prior to the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

- Players will compete strictly within their respective division.
- Playing handicap capped at 25.4 for both Men and Women.
Qualification to the National Final
From this qualifier, 2 players per division (10 total players across qualifiers) will qualify for the:
WAGC Mauritius National Final
11th October 2026 – Avalon Golf Club
Qualified players will be officially invited to participate in the National Final free of charge.
At the National Final, the top five players across the divisions will each secure a place in the Race to Desaru, Malaysia, where they will represent Mauritius at the WAGC World Finals.
The prize includes return airfare and hotel accommodation for 7 days.
Prizes & Hospitality
In addition to qualification places, players will compete for:
- Closest to the Pin prizes
- Longest Drive prizes
- Additional sponsor-supported prizes
This qualifier offers a competitive platform within a championship setting, forming part of the official pathway to international WAGC representation.
