Tournament Withdrawals 2026

 

 

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email by our June 15, 2026 deadline. 
• All withdrawal requests submitted prior to June 15 will receive a refund of $175.
• If a participant withdraws from the tournament after June 15, the player will not receive a refund. No exceptions.

 

Submitting a Withdrawal Request - no exceptions

• All withdrawals must be submitted in written form via email.
• Withdrawals will not be accepted via phone call, text or voice message.
• All withdrawal requests must include the following information;
  • Subject line in email; Saskatoon Open Withdrawal
  • Participant's name, phone number
  • Reason for withdrawal

 

Medical / Emergency Policy

• Exception for compassionate reasons or medical conditions will be accepted.
