This year we’re pleased to offer a limited number of spots for 9 or 18 Holes at Carlisle including a morning round pilot!

  • Wednesday ( 10Jun & 08Jul ) - Start time 9:00am for 12 golfers
  • Friday ( 26Jun , 31Jul & 28Aug ) - Start time 4:00pm for 16 golfers

 

Kaneff Golf requires all players to a waiver each season before teeing off.

Weekly Sign up Process

 

  • Round signups will open 2 weeks prior to the date of play and will close at 7:00am, 4 to 7 days prior to play date. Please refer to your Round Invitation for the closure deadline. 

 

 

  • Each Player will receive an email with the tee sheet information confirming their tee time. The tee sheet will also be made available on the Golf Genius League Portal. Some courses may also send a confirmation of tee times.

 

  • You are to pay the Pro shop directly when you check in for your round.

Cancellation Process

 

  • Before the Round Signup Cutoff Date there are two options:
    • Find the original Round Invitation and click on "Not Playing", which will cancel your round signup, or 

 

  • Cancel your round directly in Golf Genius - Under Quick Links on our website, click on “Ontario Events and Leagues Directory”, scroll to find our HamBur Wednesday Friday League, select the round you want to cancel, click on Edit Registration, and click on Cancel.

 

  • After the Round Signup Cutoff Date - Email your League Manager as the tee sheets have been created and may need to updated.

 

  • Late Cancellations/Day of Play - Contact your League Manager, members of your foursome and the Pro shop at the course.

Special Requests

 

As a key benefit of LPGA Amateurs is enabling women to 'connect' through a shared passion for golf, our practice is to mix up our members each week to create new and unique foursomes. Pairings and tee sheets will be finalized by the League Manager. Exceptions may be requested for reasons such as:  

 

  • Members who bring a guest(s) - see Guest Policy below

 

  • Members who are carpooling (either same or adjacent tee times)

 

  • New Members who would like to play with a friend for the first 1 or 2 rounds

 

We hope you enjoy the opportunity to meet and play with a wide range of women!  

To make such a request, please use the Send Message to the Manager function after you indicate Playing/Not playing for the round or email your message to league@lpgaamateurshamiltonburlington.ca

 

 

Guest Policy

  • Guests are more than welcome to join us!  Members are allowed to bring a guest to a league round up to 2 times.  After that the guest must apply for a membership if wanting to continue playing in the league.  To include your guest, use the "Edit Registration" function to add their name and email.  Alternatively, email the League Manager with your guest’s name and email.

 

  • Guest eligibility - women aged 18 to 70+ who have not previously attended a League round as a guest.
