1. 報到櫃檯（報到櫃檯位於球場會館大門進門左手邊）開放時間分別如下，請選手務必於 開球時間前30分鐘 親自完成報到，否則視同放棄參賽。

  • 第一回合（4月12日）：10:30
  • 第二回合（4月19日）：10:30

           

 

 

2. 選手須知

  • 小學組：開球時間 前20分鐘 請務必至練習場（TIGA Range）球車出發處集合出發; 若錯過此集合時間，請務必於開球時間 前10分鐘 抵達開球梯台完成檢錄。

            

 

 

  • 中學組：開球時間 前10分鐘 需抵達開球梯台完成檢錄。
  • 賽事提供箱裝水，建議選手自備環保水瓶裝水。
  • 選手於完成比賽後，應立即前往賽事辦公室繳交計分卡，方視為正式完成比賽。
  • 當日擊球費已含於報名費中；其他現場消費請於當回合結束後至球場櫃檯繳費並歸還消費本。
  • 球場之練習果嶺（無費用）位於東區第一洞梯台旁（下圖紅色圓圈處）。

            

 

  • TIGA Range & Cafe

賽事當天上午8:00至12:30 間，至 TIGA Range & Cafe 櫃檯告知為JGL選手，即可享有

a. $200元 練習優惠專案

    *包含長桿一盒30顆球 + 短推切（請使用自備球）

    *使用時間為一小時

 

b. $80元 長桿一盒30顆球

    *使用時間為20分鐘

 

長桿打位將由TIGA Range & Cafe櫃檯安排; 可選擇現場付費或登記消費本。

 

4. 自備桿弟須知

  • 請於報到處領取貼有選手名字之桿弟背心並繳交押金 新台幣 500 元 整
  • 賽事完成後，請務必於當天至報到處繳回，未繳回則押金恕不退還。

      

 

5. 觀賽須知（相關公告：https://jgl.tw/news/86?category_id=20）

  • 觀眾須事先申請識別證並繳交識別證押金 新台幣 500 元 整。
  • 入場後必須全程配戴觀眾識別證。未遵守者，將由賽事工作人員請離球場。
  • 識別證請務必於當天繳回，未繳回則押金恕不退還。
  • 僅可於一號洞與十號洞開球時進入梯台觀賽；其餘時間僅可行走於車道上，並與球車保持安全距離。
  • 觀賽時請降低音量，避免影響選手。
  • 為維護賽事公平與專業性，提醒所有觀賽家長於觀賽過程中，請避免任何可能影響選手比賽判斷與流程的行為，並尊重每位選手在場上的自主決策與比賽空間。

 

 

 

1. Check-in Time listed as below. All players must complete check-in by her or himself at least 30 minutes before tee time. Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting the competition.

  • Round 1 (April 12): 10:30am

2. Player Guidelines

  • Elementary Division:

    Players are required to arrive at the range (TIGA Range & Cafe) cart departure area 20 minutes prior to tee time for group departure.

    If missed, players must arrive at the tee box and report to the tee at least 10 minutes prior to their tee time.

            

 

  • Middle School Division:

    Players must arrive at the tee box and report to the tee at least 10 minutes prior to their tee time.

  • Bottled water will be provided at the course. Players are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles and fill them prior to tee-off.
  • Players must proceed directly to the tournament office to submit their scorecard upon completion of their round. The competition will only be considered officially completed once the scorecard has been properly submitted.
  • The green fee for the event day is included in the entry fee. For any additional on-site expenses, please pay at the clubhouse after completing your round, and return your consumption logbook.

  • The practice putting green (free of charge) is located next to the tee box of Hole 1 on the East Course (see the red circle in the image below).

         

 

  • TIGA Range & Cafe

    On the day of the tournament, between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM, JGL players may go to the TIGA Range & Café counter and inform the staff that they are JGL participants to enjoy the following practice offers:

 

a. NTD 200 Practice Package

    *Includes one bucket of 30 driving range balls + unlimited short game practice (putting & chipping)

             *Duration: 1 hour

 

         b. NTD 80 Practice Option

             *Includes one bucket of 30 driving range balls

             *Duration: 20 minutes

 

Driving range bays will be assigned by the TIGA Range & Café counter.

Payment can be made on-site or charged to the account book.

 

 

4. Caddie (Self-Provided) Guidelines

  • Please collect a caddie vest labeled with the player’s name at the registration desk and pay a deposit of NTD 500.
  • After the round, the vest must be returned to the registration desk on the same day.  The deposit will not be refunded if the vest is not returned.

 

5. Spectator Guidelines (Announcement: https://jgl.tw/news/86?category_id=20)

  • Spectators are required to apply for an access badge in advance and pay a badge deposit of NT$500.
  • The spectator badge must be worn at all times while inside the venue. Those who fail to comply will be asked to leave the course by event staff.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if the spectator badge is not returned on the same day.
  • Spectators may only access the tee areas of Hole 1 and Hole 10. After tee-off, they must walk only on the cart paths and maintain a safe distance from golf carts.
  • Please keep your voice down during the event to avoid distracting players.
  • To maintain fairness and professionalism, during spectating, please avoid any actions that may influence players’ decisions or the flow of play, and respect each player’s autonomy and competitive space on the course.
