FORMAT Match play preceded by 36-holes of stroke play qualifying. Low 16 players advance to match play in both divisions. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Kinderlou Forest GC to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on April 3. Practice round cart and range fee is $27 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES Yardages will be posted online before the close of entries and at the host club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on April 12. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. |
|
CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse one hour before tee times. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

PRIZES Gift certificates will be awarded to the top 16 players who advance to match play. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email to mmccachern@gsga.org |
