2026 MCPLA 2-Man Shootout – Greenfield

ELIGIBILITY
Open to teams of two MCPLA members with USGA Handicap indexes.

REGISTRATION
42 2-man teams. Register and pay as a team. Select your tee time (may be adjusted if field is not full). Entry fee includes golf and prize pool. Cart fee optional; pay at course.

HANDICAPS
Indexes as of Friday, June 19.

Max Course Handicap: 36.

FORMAT
Holes 1–6: Scramble (35% low index + 15% high index)
Holes 7–12: Best Ball (85% handicap). Each player plays own ball; record 1 gross best ball
Holes 13–18: Alternate Shot (50% combined handicap). Alternate drives

TIES

Sudden death playoff if feasible; otherwise USGA method (last 9, 6, 3, 1).

PACE OF PLAY
4:30 max. Penalties may apply for slow play.

SCORING / APP
Use Golf Genius for live scoring. One player per group must enter scores in the app. Paper card required; paper card is official in case of discrepancy.
