【 報名日期及規則 】
115 年 4 月 1 日（一）中午 12:00 - 115 年 5 月 8 日（五）下午6:00 或額滿為止

【 比賽場地】
旭陽高爾夫球俱樂部
【 分組表及開球時間 】
第一組開球時間約為 11:25，編組表及各組開球時間將於115 年 5 月 21 日（四）公布
【 獎項 】
- 個人賽：小學、中學兩個組別，各取優勝前五名
- 團體賽：小學、中學兩個組別，各取優勝前三名
【 報名費用 】
報名費為每人每場次新台幣 $5,000 元（含擊球費）
【 比賽方式 】
1. 60位參賽者
2. 18洞比桿賽
【 退款辦法】
1. 辦理請假者，請發送請假通知至 JGL官方信箱 (info@jgl.tw)，以email收件日為請假日。
2. 退款規定
a. 於 115 年 5 月 15 日（含）前 申請請假者，將扣除行政費用新台幣 200 元整，其餘費用退還。
b. 於 115 年 5 月 16 日（含）至 5 月 22 日（含）期間申請請假者，將扣除行政費用新台幣 500 元整，其餘費用退還。
c. 於 賽事當日 申請事假者，退還果嶺費。
d. 於 賽事當日 申請病假者，請提交正式就醫證明，將扣除行政費用新台幣 500 元整作為，其餘費用退還。
3. 將統一於賽事結束後十個工作天退款。
4. 退款費用可選擇
a. 扣抵下一場賽事報名費
b. 直接匯款退還
【 其它注意事項 】
1. 請於賽事註冊成功後三日內完成匯款
2. 若未收到匯款將有專人聯繫；已完成匯款之選手，系統將統一於匯款日後三個工作天內，透過電子郵件寄送【JGL 賽事參賽資格與匯款確認 Tournament Entry and Fee Conirmation 】至註冊信箱。
3. 若需實體收據請透過電子郵件或官方LINE索取，否則皆以電子檔透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。3. 賽事編組表、開球時間與重要須知將統一於賽前三日透過電子郵件寄送至註冊信箱。
4. 為避免遺漏JGL重要資訊，建議登入Golf Genius會員後，打開「訂閱」選項。

【 Pairings and Tee Times 】
The first tee time is approximately 1:00 PM.
The pairings and individual tee times will be announced on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
【 Prizes 】
- Individual Competition: There will be two divisions—Elementary School and High School. Top 5 of each division will awarded.
- Team Competition: There will be two divisions—Elementary School and High School. Top 3 of each division will awarded.
【 Entry Fee 】
NTD$5,000 per person
【 Competition Format 】
- Field limited to 60 participants
- 18-hole stroke play
【 Refund Policy 】
1. A withdrawal request MUST be emailed to official JGL email address at info@jgl.tw. The date of the email receipt will be considered the official applied date.
2. Refund guidelines
a. For withdrawal submitted on or before May 15, 2026 (inclusive), a handling fee of NT$200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
b. For withdrawal submitted between May 16 and May 22, 2026 (inclusive), a handling fee of NT$500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
c. For withdrawal submitted on the tournament day, only the green fee will be refunded.
e. For medical leave requested on the tournament day, an official medical certificate must be submitted. A handling fee of NT$500 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Method Options
Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:
a. Applied as a credit toward the entry fee for the next tournament, or
b. Refunded via bank transfer.
【 Important Reminders 】
1. All registrants must complete payment within 3 days of submission (including the day of submission) — based on actual deposit date.
2. If payment is not received, our team will contact you directly. For players who have completed payment, the system will send a “JGL Tournament Entry and Fee Confirmation” email to the registered email address within three business days after the payment date.
3. Receipts will be sent electronically; if a hard copy is needed, please request via email or the official LINE.
