ENTRY FEE: $100

REFUND POLICY: Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if LGA office is notified, in writing, before the close of entries. After the close of entries, fee will be refunded only in the event of injury or illness provided notification (accompanied by a doctor’s statement) reaches LGA office by October 4, 2019. A $20 service charge will be deducted from all refunds.

Eligibility:  Entries are invitation only to the top 30 boys(13-18) and top 15 girls(13-18) on the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour player of the year point list. Non-amateurs are not eligible. Entries are subject to rejection at any time (including during the championship) by the LGA. Reasons for rejection may include unbecoming conduct. 

Field/Format of Play:  Entries are invitation only to the top 30 boys(13-18) and top 15 girls(13-18) on the Louisiana Junior Golf Tour player of the year point list. The boys division will compete from approximately 6,600 yards. The Girls division will compete from a forward tee approximately 5,700 yards. 


Dress Code, Cell Phones: Competitors must be neat in appearance and wear appropriate attire. No gym shorts, cutoffs, blue jeans, tee shirts, etc. Shorts must be Bermuda length. Use of cell phones, including those used as Electronic Measuring Devices, is prohibited on the course during the competition (The Committee reserves the right to penalize a competitor for a breach of the policy regarding cell phone usage; See LGA Code of Conduct Policy). Important Note: Gray Plantation is a spikeless facility and all competitors will be required to wear spikeless shoes. 

Practice Privileges: Practice privileges are extended to participants in the championship at Gray Plantation on October 4, 2019.

Prizes: Crystal prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division. The top finisher in the 15-under flight will receive a crystal prize.

Rules of Golf: Play will be governed by the current USGA Rules of Golf and LGA Rules of Play Card. All questions will be settled by the LGA Rules Committee, whose decision will be final. Automotive transportation (carts) and/or caddies will not be permitted.
