SHOTGUN: 7:40 AM

 

FORMAT: Four-Ball (Also referred to as Best Ball). Each player plays their own ball. The team score for the hole is the lowest score of the two players. Please note this is different from a scramble. Each player must play their own ball the whole round.

 

DIVISIONS:

• Net Division - This division is only for teams where both players have an active GHIN handicap index
• Callaway Division - This division is for all teams where one or both players on a team do not have a current active GHIN handicap index

 

ENTRY FEE: $99 SNGA Member & $89 SNGA Junior Member     $129 Non Member or Late Entry 

Includes green fees, cart, range balls, lunch following play, and prize fund.

• A team with at least 1 SNGA/SNJGA member may play for the member price
• A team with no SNGA or SNJGA members must add on the additional non member fee for all players on the team

 

JUNIORS: Any player who is under 18 years of age on June 9, 2019 is considered a junior for purposes of this event and may play for the Junior rate. If you are signing up one or multiple juniors in your group, please contact Tim Brand @ Tbrand@snga.org or (702) 830-7972 so that we can adjust your entry fee based on how many juniors you are signing up.

 

REGISTRATION: A parent may play with up to 3 children.  There is an additional $20 fee for each additonal team beyond 1 team that a parent is on.  If a parent plays with 2 children the additonal fee is $20.  If a parent plays with 3 children, there are 2 additonal fees at $20/each for a total of an additional $40.  You will have the option to pay the additional fee when you go through the registration process.

 

FIELD SIZE: 70 Players

 

CLOSING DATE: June 5, 2019 - 5pm. If we reach our field size before that time, players will be put on a wait-list. Registration after the closing date will result in being charged the Late Entry Rate.

 

PRACTICE ROUND INFO: Practice rounds are available at Las Vegas National for the applicable rate based on the date and time you wish to play.

REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $10 administrative fee.  If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 48 hours prior to the competition date, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.  No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 48 hours prior to the competition. A player has the right to appeal for a refund to the Director of Competitions and Tournament Committee within 5 days of the completion of the event, for extreme circumstances.  Documentation will be required in order to proceed with the appeals process.
