This form is to register golfers for SESSION 4 of the Golf 101 Adult Lesson Program at Finkbine Golf Course.  The three (3) lesson Tue/Thu series meets on July 7, 9, 14  Each lesson begins at 6:15 PM and lasts approx. one (1) hour in length.
