This form is to register golfers for SESSION 2 of the Golf 201 Adult Lesson Program at Finkbine Golf Course.  The five (5) lesson Mon/Wed series meets on June 16, 18, 23, 25. Each lesson begins at 7:15 PM and lasts approx. one (1) hour in length.
