This form is to register golfers for SESSION 4 of the Golf 201 Adult Lesson Program at Finkbine Golf Course.  The five (5) lesson Mon/Wed series meets on August 4, 6, 11, 13. Each lesson begins at 7:15 PM and lasts approx. one (1) hour in length.
