It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their entry has been successfully submitted. A player’s entry will only be deemed received once it has been completed through the tournament entry portal and the player’s name is displayed on the Pending Player List under Pending Registrations. Avondale Golf Club accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, not submitted correctly, or do not appear on the Pending Player List. Players are encouraged to verify their registration status immediately following submission.
