Event Description:  Seminar will feature a narrated presentation by GSGA staff on the 2019 changes to the Rules of Golf and will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours allowing time for questions from the audience throughout.  All attendees will receive a copy of the 2019 Player’s Edition of the Rules of Golf as well as handouts.
