Play will be from the White Tees for Men & Boys; Red Tees for Women |

Practice Area |
Short game practice area to the right of 1st tee (remain within blue stakes). Also to right of entrance gate through overflow car park. Nets and small chipping green at back of car park and putting green behind 1st tee. |

Local Rules |
Golf Ireland’s HARD CARD is in operation. The local rules on the club scorecard will not apply. |

Catering |
Catering Menu circulated separately. Team Managers must confirm numbers for catering in advance Tel. 01 628 0246. |

Photographs |
There will be no official photographer at the venue however Golf Ireland officials will take photos of the winners. |
|
Practice |
Teams may avail of one complimentary practice round by contacting the Pro Shop tel. 01 628 0246. Best days for practice are Monday & Tuesday. Any additional practice required is at the discretion of the host club and green fees apply. Open competition every Tuesday €35. |

Referees |
Referees will be situated throughout the course to give rulings when required. These referee will be also be monitoring the pace of play. Should players fall out of position, they will be timed and may be penalised for bad times. Please ensures players are conscious of the need to play at steady pace.
It is important to note referees are not assigned to follow any individual group. A team captain is not part of the side under the rules of golf and cannot act on the players’ behalf in this regard. However, a team captain can advise the players to call a referee. |

Registration & Result Cards |
Team Captains Registration area and scoring is located in the Club Competition room beside the Pro Shop. Team Sheets are available to view in the Golf Ireland Inter-Club Resources HERE Players are asked to return "I Won Cards" to a Golf Ireland official immediately after matches conclude. |

Trollies |
Trollies on a first come first served basis and must be booked in advance from the Pro Shop. |
|
Buggies |
Buggies are available for use by Referees only. Golf Ireland’s Transportation Policy applies to all other persons on site. |

Transportation Policy |
A copy of Golf Ireland's Transportation Policy is available for the Club Hub and will be strictly enforced. Please note that this policy intends to facilitate players only with physical disabilities in allowing such individuals to use Golf Buggies. However, the use of a Golf Buggy will be subject to any heath and safety restrictions laid down and is contingent on the individual sourcing own transportation with own third party insurance, as buggies will not be available form the host clubs for this purpose.
Any competitor intending to use a Golf Buggy in accordance with the Transportation Policy MUST contact the regional office in advance via email at leinster@golfireland.ie and are REQUIRED to submit the appropriate certification in advance of their arrival at the venue. Submission of certification in person on the day of competition will not be sufficient to be allowed to use a buggy. |
