AGES/ELEGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers who are GSGA members and residents of the state of Georgia. |
|
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $150.00 Championship fee. This fee will be due from the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system. The credit card used to initially register will be charged $150.00 to complete the processing of the Championship fee. |

ENTRIES OPEN – CLOSE March 13th – May 8th |

FIELD SIZE 100 players’ maximum at each qualifying site. |
|
FORMAT 18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. A total of 144 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula. You will be informed as to the number of qualifying places in your section the day of qualifying. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Idle Hour Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on May 9. Practice round cart and range fee is $25 plus tax. Only cash will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 6:30 a.m. on the day of qualifying |

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on June 12. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. |
|
CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $25 plus tax. Only cash will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Spectator Cart Policy shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be limited due to the club being closed on Mondays. |
|
PRIZES Silver Medals will be awarded to the low scorer from each qualifying site. |
|
REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
