AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to male amateur golfers who are GSGA members and residents of the state of Georgia. |
|
CHAMPIONSHIP FEE Player’s advancing to the Championship will be responsible for a $150.00 Championship fee. This fee will be due from the player upon being transferred to the Championship proper in the online registration system. The credit card used to initially register will be charged $150.00 to complete the processing of the Championship fee. |

FIELD SIZE 84 players’ maximum at Last Chance Qualifying. |
|
FORMAT 18 hole individual stroke play qualifier. 84 player limit. A total of 144 players will advance to the Championship proper. Qualifying places will be awarded according to a pro-rated formula. You will be informed as to the number of qualifying places in your section the day of qualifying. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Eagle’s Landing CC to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation. Practice round cart and range fee is $28 plus tax. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES The BLACK tees will be used for this qualifier. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. We will be playing CREEK/LAKE courses. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of qualifying. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on June 22. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. |
|
CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $28 plus tax. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available starting at 8 a.m. at the snack bar. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION - The following conditions shall be in effect for this competition:
- GSGA competitions are "spikeless" events. Therefore, metal and traditionally-designed spikes are prohibited. Penalty for breach of this condition is disqualification.
Players are responsible for posting their scores to the handicap system upon conclusion of this competition. Scores must be posted as tournament scores. Course slope and rating information is typically posted at the scoreboard during the competition. You may also contact GSGA for this information.
