AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to two-person teams of female amateur golfers with a maximum individual USGA Handicap Index of 31.9 and a maximum team differential of eight strokes; must be 18 years old by September 16. |

FIELD SIZE 60 teams. Field will be expanded if 80 teams enter, with a maximum of 100 teams. |

FORMAT 36 holes, one round of flighted, four-ball net stroke play and one round in scramble format. |
|
PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call The Orchard G & CC to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on August 29th. Practice round cart and range fee is $30 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES See the event details page for more information and a link to the practice yardage sheet. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. A complete practice yardage sheet will be provided for players playing practice rounds. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. |
|
CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $30 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |
|

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available at the grill. |

PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner and the top 3 finishers in each flight. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. |
