Thirsty Thursday League Registration

Welcome to Thirsty Thursday League Registration.

This registration is to create your player profile in our Thirsty Thursday database. It is not registration for any specific weekly play date.

By completing this registration, your information will be added to our league roster so that players can successfully register for weekly play dates.

 

Important Notes

• This form does not reserve a spot in any upcoming Thirsty Thursday event.

 

• Registration for weekly play dates will open at 7:00 AM two weeks prior to each respective play date.

 

• Weekly play-date registration can be accessed through the "Shotgun Signup" button at the top of this web portal page.

 

• If you are a DGM monthly dues-paying member, please enter your member number in the appropriate field when registering.

 

• 50-Mile Club pass holders do not qualify as members for Thirsty Thursday member pricing.

 

• Please make sure your information is entered accurately so we can properly identify you in the system for future registration, scoring, and event communication.

 

What Happens Next?

After completing league registration, players may sign up for weekly Thirsty Thursday play dates once registration opens online for that specific event.

Signups for each weekly event will open at 7:00 AM two weeks prior to the applicable play date and will be available through Wolf Run's website under the Golf tab. Or save the link above and that will take you to the portal as well.

You'll then click the "Shotgun Signup" tab at the top of this portal page to select the round you'd like to register for.

 

Team Signup and Payment

When weekly signups open at 7:00am, one player will serve as the team captain and register the entire team.

After signup for a weekly play date is complete, the team captain will receive an invoice for the full team entry. (Invoice may take up to 24-48 hours to be sent)

If payment is not received at least 48 hours prior to tee off, that team's registration will be canceled and the first team on the waitlist will be moved into the field.

This process helps us create a cleaner registration system and a better weekly signup experience for all players.
