Co-Am Hosted By Meridian Hills Country Club - Sunday, June 7th
Meridian Hills Country Club will be hosting a Contestant-Amateur “Co-Am” on Sunday, June 7th, providing players and members the opportunity to be paired and play the course prior to the beginning of the tournament. Play is optional for players and is complimentary. If you are interested in playing, please click here to fill out the form. Please note that positions are on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waitlist has been formed.
Schedule of Events:
- 7:30 AM - Breakfast & Check-In begins for morning wave
- 8:45 AM - Announcements and proceed to hole assignments
- 9:00 AM - Morning shotgun begins
- 11:30 AM - Lunch is available & Check-in begins for the afternoon wave
- 1:45 PM - Announcements and proceed to hole assignments
- 2:00 PM - Afternoon shotgun begins
- 6:00 PM - Co-Am Reception begins
Check-In: Check-in will begin at the times noted above. Please be sure to stop by the table outside the pro shop to receive your hole assignment and commemorative tee gift.
Breakfast, Lunch & Reception: Food and beverage will be available throughout the day for Contestant-Amateur participants. All guests are encouraged to join us for the evening reception to kick off Championship Week. All F&B is included for Co-Am participants, but should you have any other guests who would like to enjoy the buffet, payment can be taken at check-in.
Format: Each group will consist of four (4) non-contestants and one (1) Women's Western Junior contestant. The format for the outing is a combined best ball (one non-contestant score + junior contestant), with each player playing their own ball. The winning groups will be announced at the celebratory reception.
