Contractor Day at Arrowhead Golf Club

Contractor Day is one of the biggest outings of the EGC season — and this one is expected to sell out.

 

Join us at Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton for a full day of golf, networking, and appreciation with contractors, members, guests, and industry partners.

 

This outing is expected to draw a sellout crowd, making it one of the best sponsorship and visibility opportunities of the year.

 

Event Schedule

Check-in opens at 9:00 AM
Please arrive early, get settled, and be ready for a 10:00 AM shotgun start.

Following golf, we’ll gather for the prize ceremony and post-round buffet reception, included with registration.

A cash bar will also be available.

Format

This outing will be played as a scramble format. In a scramble, every player tees off, the group selects the best shot, and then everyone plays their next shot from that spot. That process continues for every shot until the ball is holed.

 

Skins Game Entry: All teams participating
A cash skins game will be in effect to add a little fun, glory, and chaos to the round.  Your group’s scramble score on each hole will go head-to-head against every other team in the field.  A set pool of money will be distributed at the end of the round.  The skins game will be paid out pro-rata based on the number of skins won. Each skin earns an equal share of the total pot, so the more skins your team wins, the bigger your payout. Winning a skin will require a few lucky breaks, a few really good shots, or ideally both.

Optional Bonus Prize Contributions

Members are invited to contribute optional bonus prizes featuring their company name, logo, or label.

No sign-up is required. Simply bring your bonus prize contribution with you and leave it at the sign-in table at check-in.

These prizes will be awarded in addition to the prizes provided by the EGC Prize Committee and are a great way to add extra excitement to the outing while showcasing your company.

Participation is completely optional and not required for registration.
