Previous CJRT members will "Click Here to Register" and use their GHIN Number and Last Name to create their profile, and then can purchase membership. ONLY first-time members should use the "Register without GHIN Number" button, and then can purchase membership.
WELCOME! The Callaway Junior Tour is open to any boy or girl aged 18 or younger as of June 1, 2026. Membership is not required for the Rookie League, but each Member of the Tour will receive a tour package containing a WVGA VIP card, as well as favors from our sponsors. Your age on June 1st is the age division you will participate in for that whole season (e.g. a boy will turn 15 in July, he will participate in Boys 13-14 division). Regular season events include some of the top golf courses in the state of WV, with the Tour Championship held at The Greenbrier Resort's Sporting Club, where the top points earners in each age division will play at the end of the season.
DIVISIONS:
Boys 12&U (Forward Tees: Approx. 5400 Yards or Less)
Boys 13-14 (Forward/Middle Tees: Approx. 5800 Yards)
Boys 15-16 (Middle/Back Tees: Approx. 6400 Yards)
Boys 17-18 (Middle/Back Tees: Approx. 6400 Yards)
Girls 10-14 (Forward Tees: Approx. 5400 Yards or Less)
Girls 15-18 (Forward/Middle Tees: Approx. 5700 Yards)
MAXIMUM SCORE: “Maximum Score” is adopted on the Tour. This means there will be a Maximum number you are allowed to make on a hole, and once you have reached that number you must pickup and go to the next hole. Maximum score for each hole is “Double Par”.
CADDIES: Caddies are NOT permitted and players must walk, but pull-carts may be used to transport clubs.
SPECTATORS: Parents and spectators are permitted to purchase spectator carts at each facility, based on availability. No Personal Coolers. Please review the Parent/Spectator Guidelines, as well as the Code of Conduct at cjrtour.com/policies prior to the tournament. Players are asked to be registered no later than 40 minutes prior to the start time.
MEMBERSHIP: After signing up to become a member of the Callaway Junior Tour, you are also a member of the West Virginia Golf Association. Each tour member will receive an active GHIN number, which allows them to keep an updated official USGA Handicap Index. You will receive your Tour Package at your first event, or in the mail after July 1.
TRANSFERS/REFUNDS: A 48-hour tournament withdraw notice must be given to Lucas if at all possible, and all withdrawals must be in email. See www.cjrtour.com and www.wvga.org for all WVGA policies. There will be a $5.00 service fee for all tournament refunds.
EVENT LIMIT: Players may play in a maximum of 12 Regular Season tournaments. (Par 3 Shootout, Tour Championship at The Greenbrier Sporting Club & Rookie League events DO NOT Count towards the limit of 12)
