WVGA Membership:

(A Callaway Junior Tour membership is separate and can be found HERE, but includes a full WVGA membership).

 

Become a member of the West Virginia Golf Association by purchasing a WV VIP Card membership (please allow 2 business days for your GHIN Number and profile to be activated): The 2026 VIP Card features 65 West Virginia private, public, and resort courses at exclusive VIP rates  ($55.00) . VIP card holders receive an active GHIN Number and WVGA membership. The WVGA offers over 100 days of competition each year for Men, Women, Seniors, and Juniors.

Create a Golf Genius profile:

1. Click "Sign In/Register" button on the top right of this page
2. Use the "Click Here to Register" button
3. Enter your Handicap ID (i.e. GHIN Number) and Last Name
4. Complete the form and click "Register"

 

Note 1: If you need your GHIN Number, please reach out to a WVGA staff member or wvga1913@gmail.com and avoid using the "Register without GHIN number" button

Note 2: Golfers who do not have an active GHIN Number and are intending to purchase CJRT Membership will "Register without GHIN Number", and then can purchase CJRT Membership .

 

After creating your profile: 

You may register for any event(s) for which you are eligible. You can view schedules for Championships, One Day Events, Callaway Junior Tour and USGA qualifiers by using the tabs above.

 

• 2026 event registration for all WVGA events will open at Noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
• USGA qualifier registration will be through usga.org. Entry open dates and deadlines are determined by the USGA.
