Papa Joe’s 4-MAN SHAMBLE TOURNAMENT

First tee time 8:00 AM

EVENT FORMAT: Sign-up individually. Tournament committee will form teams containing one player each

from 4 handicap groups. All 4 team players tee off on each hole. Each team selects one

of the 4 tee-shots to use for the 2nd shot. After selecting which tee-shot to use, each

player will then play their own ball in for the rest of the hole. The team score for each hole

will be the 2 best NET scores.

At least 4 tee shots from each team member must be used per 18 holes.

All players use Woods tees. Laser range finders & GPS equipment can be used.

EVENTS: Closest-to-the-Pin

PRIZES: Will be in gift certificates.

HOLE-IN- ONE: $500

ENTRY FEE: $60.00 per player (includes green fee) (cart not included).

ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Tuesday, June 30th.

HANDICAP: Participants must have a current GHIN handicap. If you do not have one, please contact

Mike Kemper, handicap Chairman.

RULINGS: USGA rules prevail, except where superseded by Dwan local rules. Please observe

USGA rules pace of play. Rulings by Tournament Committee are final.
