Registration Opens Week of February 18

 

Host Facility: Walnut Creek Golf Preserve

 

Qualifier Date: Monday, May 6, 2019

 

Format: 36 holes of stroke play

 

Registration Deadline: 5:00pm EDT April 17, 2019. Players must register through the USGA, linked above. 

 

Entry Fee: $200.00

 

Handicap Index Limit: 2.4

 

Qualifying Positions: 1

 

Alternate Positions: 2

 

Starting Time: Round 1: 7:00 a.m. Round 2: 12:00 p.m.    

 

Walking Only Event: The U.S. Women's Open and its qualifiers are walking only events, players may carry their bag, use a pull cart, or have a caddie. Players and caddies cannot ride in a motorized cart.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Distance measuring devices of any kind are PROHIBITED in all U.S. Women's Open qualifiers.

 

One Ball Rule: Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-4.

 

Clubs: Grooves - Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-3.

 

Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability, can be made 14 days in advance by calling the pro shop at 303-469-2974 or online HERE. Pricing: Rates can be found HERE.  

 

Yardage: Can be found above under the player Information tab. 

 

Food & Beverage: Food will be available for purchase at the player's responsibility. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores for players with active GHIN numbers.
