Registration Opens Week of May 1

 

Host Facility: Thorncreek Golf Course

 

Qualifier Date: Thursday, August 1, 2019

 

Format: 18 holes of stroke play

 

Registration Deadline: 5:00pm EDT July 24, 2019. Players must register through the USGA, linked above.

 

Entry Fee: $175.00

 

Age Limit: Must be 25 on or before September 14. 

 

Handicap Index Limit: 9.4

 

Qualifying Positions: 6

 

Alternate Positions: 2

 

Starting Time: 7:30 am

 

Walking Only Event: The U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur and its qualifiers are walking only events, players may carry their bag, use a pull cart, or have a caddie. Players may not ride in a motorized cart.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Distance measuring devices must measure distance only.

 

One Ball Rule: Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-4.

 

Clubs: Grooves - Local Rule as prescribed in Section 8 of the Committee Procedures is in effect. Model Local Rule G-3.

Yardage: Can be found above under the player Information tab.

 

Food & Beverage: Food will be available for purchase at the player's responsibility. 

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores for players with active GHIN numbers.
