  • 8:30 AM Tee Times Begins On Hole 10

 

Sunday, September 27th

  • Award Ceremony

Entry Fee: $200 registration fee per player due at check in Day 1.  

 

Eligibility: Open to players with an active World Handicap System Index and a WR4GD Pass. Additionally, those with intellectual impairments will also need to obtain a Virtus II1 International Eligibility. Military Base Access: If player and/or Caddie do not have military base access, their drivers license information must be submitted during registration.

 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds may be played on October 1st.  A block of times will be set aside for players.  It is the players responsibility to call the Pro-Shop at 801-777-3272 and book a time.

 

Format: 36 hole stroke play event. The maximum score for a hole is 10. Players are asked to pick up if they reach the maximum score. 

 

Field Size: 60 players

 

Rules: The USAGA Competition and Rankings standards will dictate rules of play for this event.  Rules sheets will be provided on days of competition

 

Divisions/Flights: The Utah Adaptive Open will consist of divisions based upon the USAGA Ranking and Competition standard player classifications

  

Caddies: Players are responsible for providing a caddies and/or player aide should they choose to use one. 

 

 

Carts: Each player will have a cart to themselves, and if they choose to have a caddie, their caddie will ride along with them in that same cart.

 

Mobility Device: Please email Brian.Fiedler@us.af.mil with your request of an adaptive cart.

 

Ties: Ties within each impairment category will be broken by using the USGA-recommended scorecard tiebreaking method. 

 

Yardages and Tees: Official Yardages will be finalized after the field is set. 

 

Yardage Books: Yardage Books are available for purchase in the pro shop

  

Cancelations & Refunds:

  • To withdraw for any reason before the deadline of competition, a player may withdraw through Golf Genius
  • To withdraw for any reason after the deadline but before the start of competition, a player must notify Brian.Fiedler@us.af.mil in writing.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Cancelation on or before the entry closing date: Full refund.
    • Cancelation after the entry closing date and up to ONE (1) day before the first day of your competition: Full refund less a $25 administrative fee.
    • Cancelation on the day of the competition or later: No refund.
