Volunteer Responsibilities

Driving Competition
• Volunteers will be on the tee measuring the distance of the drives and recording scores for the participants on their scorecards. Each player will bring their individual scorecards with them to each skill station
• 2 volunteers will be in the driving grid helping to spot golf balls.
 

Chipping Competition
• Each volunteer will help score and evaluate each attempt (each player has 3 attempts). One volunteer will record the score on the players scorecard. It is good to have two volunteers at the station in case of discretion.
 

Putting Competition
• Each volunteer will help score and evaluate each attempt (each player has 3 attempts). One volunteer will record the score on the players scorecard. It is good to have two volunteers at the station in case of discretion.
 

Registration
• Volunteers will work the registration table. Each participant will check in upon arrival and will receive their tee-gift, scorecard, and expectations for the day.

 

 

 

Volunteer Shift Options

8:00 - 2:00pm (all day)

8:00 - 11:00 am

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

 

An email will be sent out prior to the competition with volunteer assignment.

Event is rain or shine.
