Need accommodation during tournament week? We've secured special tournament rates at two excellent Quest Apartment Hotels, both conveniently located close to the tournament courses, shopping, cafés and restaurants.

January is peak holiday season in the Bay of Plenty, so we strongly recommend booking your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

Tournament Rates

  • Studio Apartment – NZD $322 per night (King Bed 1–2 guests) *Twin beds additional $25 per night
  • One-Bedroom Apartment – NZD $367 per night (King Bed 1–2 guests) *Twin beds additional $25 per night

Optional Extras

  • Parking – NZD $15 per day
  • Breakfast – NZD $20 per person, per day

Payment & Cancellation

  • A non-refundable NZD$150 deposit per booking is payable with your tournament entry.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due by 1 November 2026.
  • Cancellations received on or before 1 November 2026 will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations after 1 November 2026 are 100% non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Tournament Rates

  • Studio Apartment (1 King Bed, 1–2 guests) – NZD $237 per night
  • Executive Studio Apartment (King or Twin Beds, 1–2 guests) – NZD $246 per night
  • One-Bedroom Apartment (King or Twin Beds, 1–2 guests) – NZD $294 per night
  • Two-Bedroom Apartment (up to 4 guests) – NZD $513 per night (limited availability)

Optional Extras

  • Parking – NZD $15 per day (limited spaces, subject to availability)
  • Twin Bed Configuration – additional NZD $20 per night

Conditions

  • Minimum five-night stay between 16–24 January 2027.
  • Apartments are subject to availability.

 

Payment & Cancellation

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Full payment is processed 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

 

Campervan/Caravan Sites

A limited number of non-powered sites are available for self-contained campervan/caravans at all tournament courses.
