The event dates are Sunday 6th June to Wednesday 9th June 2027.
The event will begin with Registration and a Welcome Reception on Sunday 6th June 2027.
The tournament will be played over 3 days (7th – 9th June 2027) on 3 golf courses: The Old Course, The Eden and The Craigtoun. One third of participants will play on each course each day in rotation. The matches will be played under Stableford rules normally in groups of 4.
The full tournament rules and terms and conditions are on a separate tab on this website.
In the lead up to the tournament and during the week of the tournament all information about Tee Times, Results and other related matters will be posted on this website and the Golf Genius App which we strongly recommend that you download and check regularly for updates.
There will be a prize for the best round on each course each day and prizes for the best 3 players overall. Prize giving will take place at the celebration dinner on the 9th June at the Old Course Hotel.
Fees
The fee to enter the tournament is £1150. Payment by credit card will be required at the time of registration but will not be taken until your application has been confirmed. This fee includes all green fees, a place at the celebration dinner, and use of the New Golf Club for the duration of the tournament and a Welcome Reception on the Sunday evening.
Due to restricted capacity at the Dinner, there will only be a small number of places available for a non-playing guest to accompany a Rotarian participant. If you wish to bring one non-playing guest to the tournament then they must be included in your registration. The fee for a non-playing guest is £150 which includes an invitation to the Welcome Reception, the tournament dinner and access to the New Golf Club for the duration of the tournament.

The New Golf Club
The New Golf Club is situated alongside the 18th fairway of the Old Course. It is our headquarters for the tournament, and we have free access to the Peter Thomson suite which has a panoramic view of the golf course.
We will meet there on Sunday for our welcome reception and for the remainder of the golf week it is a great place to come to meet other Rotarians and to order food and drink. It is also possible to reserve tables for dinner in the club restaurant.
Please remember that we are guests in the clubhouse and note this guidance from the New Club: ‘Dress code in the clubhouse is Smart-Casual. Please dress appropriately and note that scruffy or torn clothing is not considered suitable’.
