The celebration dinner and prizegiving will take place on the evening of Wednesday 9^th June in the Hall of Champions at the world-famous Old Course Hotel.

 

Your place at the dinner is included in the registration fee.

 

This wonderful occasion will include some entertainment, a three course dinner and a short prizegiving. It is an excellent opportunity to round off a great week in the company of fellow Rotarians in great surroundings.

 

When you register online you will be asked to confirm your attendance at the dinner and then invited to select your main course choice of meal.

 

The dress code is smart casual.

 

Here is the menu for the evening:

 

Starter:

• Pressed Ham Hock Terrine with Heritage Piccalilli and Toasted Brioche, or
• Heritage Tomato and Mozzarella with Black Olive, Kale Pesto and Pickled Shallots

 

Main Courses:

• Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pancetta Mash, Seasonal Vegetables and Chicken Jus, or
• Poached Fillet of Scottish Salmon with Watercress, Gruyere Dauphinoise, Wilted Spinach, Creme Fraiche and Dill Sauce, or
• Roasted Cauliflower Steak with Raisin and Caper Puree and Gremolata Dressing

 

Dessert:

• Cranachan Mousse with Pinhead Oat Meringue, Whisky and Vanilla Gel and Heather Honey Ice Cream
