Format:

36 holes of Stroke Play (18 holes per day). Contestants will play from the NCGA tee markers wherever they are situated. If necessary, there will be a play-off to determine first place immediately following the conclusion of play. Ties for second and third place will be broken using the USGA method of matching cards. The lowest scorer amongst players ages 70 and older will also be identified.

 

Competition Schedule:

Round 1 will be an 11:00 AM shotgun start. Round 2 will begin at 8:00 AM off hole #1 and 8:05 AM off hole #10. Players will be re-paired by score for the second round. Please click here for starting times. Please be at your assigned tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.

 

Practice Round Information:

Available to players and guests. Please call the Pro Shop to arrange for practice round tee times.  Green fee is $40. Guest fee is $60. Carts are included with green fees.

 

Cart Fee Information:

Golf carts are optional at the player’s expense. Cart rental is $15 per player. A maximum of two carts per group is permitted. SPECTATOR CARTS ARE PROHIBITED. Caddies are not available on site.

 

Golf Shop and Driving Range:

The Golf Shop will open at 8:00 AM on Monday and 6:30 AM on Tuesday. The practice range will open at 9:45 AM on Monday and 7:00 AM on Tuesday.

 

Payment Information:

Cash and credit cards (no AMEX) are acceptable forms of payment.

 

Food and Beverage Information:

The restaurant will be closed on Monday. The bar will open at 8:00 AM on Monday and 6:00 AM on Tuesday. The restaurant will open at 8:00 AM on Tuesday.

 

Pairings Party:

There will be a Pairings Party in the clubhouse on Monday from 4-6 PM. Heavy Hors d’oeuvres will be served.

 

Additional Information:

Prior to the first day of the event, you must make yourself familiar with the Regulations and Policies (with Hard Card and new Pace of Play Policy) and Clarification on Smart Phones.
