1. 報到櫃檯開放時間：10:40，請選手務必於開球時間前30分鐘 親自完成報到，否則視同放棄參賽。

 

2. 選手須知：

  • 開球時間前20分鐘需至球車上車處準備出發。
  • 開球時間前10分鐘需抵達開球梯台完成檢錄及準備。依高爾夫規則 R&A 5.3a，選手如於開球時間後 5 分鐘內抵達，第一洞將處以 2 桿罰桿；逾開球時間 5 分鐘仍未到達指定開球梯台並準備比賽者，將取消比賽資格（DQ）。
  • 賽事提供箱裝水，水站設置於第一、十洞帳篷，建議選手自備環保水瓶裝水，於下場前將水補足。
  • 選手於完成比賽後，應立即前往賽事辦公室繳交計分卡（會館二樓餐廳包廂 #208/209），方視為正式完成比賽。
  • 當日擊球費已含於報名費中；其他現場消費請於當回合結束後至球場櫃檯繳費並歸還消費本。

 

3. 觀賽須知：

  • 觀眾入場前須事先申請識別證，並繳納由球場酌收之觀賽費新台幣300元及識別證押金新台幣500元。

    • 上述觀賽費用包含：餐飲抵用券新台幣100元、保險費新台幣25元及場地使用費新台幣175元。

  • 入場後必須全程配戴觀眾識別證。未遵守者，將由賽事工作人員請離球場。
  • 識別證未繳回則押金不退還。
  • 僅可於一號洞與十號洞開球時進入梯台觀賽。
  • 觀賽時請降低音量，避免影響選手。

 

 

1. Check-in Time: The registration desk will be open at 10:40am. All players must complete check-in at least 30 minutes before their tee time. Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting the competition.

   

2. Player Guidelines

  • Please be at the golf cart pick-up area 20 minutes before tee time.
  • Players must report to the designated tee at least 10 minutes before their scheduled starting time. Under the rule of R&A 5.3a, a player who arrives within five (5) minutes after the starting time will receive the general penalty (two strokes in stroke play) on the first hole. A player who arrives more than five (5) minutes late will be disqualified (DQ).
  • Bottled water will be provided at the course, with refill stations located at the tents near Holes 1 and 10. Players are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles and fill them prior to tee-off.
  • Players must proceed directly to the tournament office (Clubhouse, 2nd Floor – Private Rooms #208 & #209) to submit their scorecard upon completion of their round. The competition will only be considered officially completed once the scorecard has been properly submitted.
  • The green fee for the event day is included in the entry fee. For any additional on-site expenses, please pay at the clubhouse after completing your round, and return your consumption logbook.

 

3. Spectator Guidelines

  • Spectators are required to apply for a spectator badge in advance and pay a spectator fee of NTD 300 (charged by the golf course) and a refundable badge deposit of NTD 500 prior to entry.
    • The spectator fee includes a food and beverage voucher (NTD 100), insurance coverage (NTD 25), and a course access fee (NTD 175).
  • The spectator badge must be worn at all times while inside the venue. Those who fail to comply will be asked to leave the course by event staff.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if the spectator badge is not returned.
  • Spectators may only access the tee areas of Hole 1 and Hole 10. After tee-off, they must walk only on the cart paths and maintain a safe distance from golf carts.
  • Please keep your voice down during the event to avoid distracting players.
