Cancellation Policy

 

• Fourteen days before each event, schools will be invoiced based on the number of booked players.

• Any full or partial withdrawal made between 14 days and 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% credit for each player who is no longer participating.

• Credits may be used against any SchoolsGolf invoice.

• Withdrawals made within 72 hours of the event will not receive a refund or credit.

• Players who do not attend the event without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit.

• A player may be substituted without penalty, provided that the substitute is eligible and the event manager is informed of the change before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
