1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Quinovic Canterbury NZPGA 2027 Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to players with a registered handicap
  • Entrants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over 18 years of age as their designated travel companion.
  • Employees, immediate family members, and agents of Quinovic Canterbury are ineligible to enter.

 

3. Prize Package Details
The total prize package for one [1] people includes:

  • Flights: Return economy flights for one person from the winner's closest main centre Airport to Wellington.
  • Car hire: Two days car hire from Wellington Airport- Return Wellington Airport
  • Accommodation: Two night accommodation in Kapiti for a maximum of two people at a hotel selected by the Promoter.
  • Event Access: 1 spot to play in the Pro Am event on Wednesday February 10 2027

 

Additional expense: If the winner wishes to extend their trip/alter the package provided, all/any additional expenses will be covered by the recipient

 

4. Prize Exclusions & Limitations

  • Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative goods/services in whole or in part.
  • Cancellation & Postponement: The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred if the golf event, flights, or travel arrangements are delayed, postponed, modified, or cancelled due to weather, force majeure, or factors beyond the Promoter's control.
  • Incidentals & Personal Expenses: All other expenses not explicitly listed in Section 3—including but not limited to additional ground transport, personal travel insurance, spending money, meals/drinks, room service, minibar items, and optional activities are the sole responsibility of the winner [and their companion].

 

5. Winner Notification & Booking Requirements

  • The Prize winner will be announced at the conclusion of the 2026 Canterbury Match Play day on Monday 26th October 2026
  • The winners must fully comply with these terms to be eligible 
  • Prize details and guest names must be confirmed with the Promoter by Thursday 5th November 2026 to secure accommodation and flight bookings.
  • Accommodation room configuration (e.g., one double bed or two single beds) is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
