Competition Schedule:         Monday, June 24
                                             Qualifying Round 1 - 18 Holes Stroke Play
 

                                             Tuesday, June 25
                                             Qualifying Round 2 - 18 Holes Stroke Play
                                             32 Players Qualify for Match Play (Playoff for 32nd spot will be conducted
                                             immediately following the completion of Round 2)

                                             Wednesday, June 26
                                             Round of 32 Matches - Morning
                                             Round of 16 Matches - Afternoon

                                            Thursday, June 27
                                            Quarterfinal Matches - Morning
                                            Semifinal Matches - Afternoon

                                             

                                            Friday, June 28
                                            Final Match - 36 Holes

Golf Shop, Locker Room & Driving Range:  Will be available at 7 a.m. on all days of the competition.
 

Golf Cart & Caddie Information: Players may walk, employ a caddie, or take a motorized cart.  The use of pull carts are not permitted.  A player may bring their own caddie or employ a Shelter Harbor caddie. 
If you wish to employ a local caddie, please email the Caddie Master (Nick Felicetti:  nfelicetti.shgc@gmail.com).  The fee for a local caddie is $140.00/day. 

If a player wishes to use a motorized cart the fee will be $30.00 and be payable in the Shelter Harbor Golf Shop
prior to each days round of golf.  Only 2 carts will be allowed per group.  

Spectators: Are welcome and encourage to join us at Shelter Harbor GC.  Please ensure that all spectators are dressed appropriately (i.e. - no jeans).  Spectator carts are not permitted.
 

Food & Beverage:   The lunch that was included in the entry fee will be served on the day of Round 2.
The schedule and locations for food for the week are as follows:
Monday: The Halfway House will be open all day on a cash basis with hot dogs, sandwiches, drinks and snacks.
Tuesday: Lunch will be served in the dining room and is included for all contestants. There will be a 7 item menu available. Alcohol is not included.  The Halfway House will be available for Caddies and Spectators on a cash basis.
Wednesday - Friday: A limited lunch menu will be available in the dining room for contestants on a cash basis.  The Halfway House is available for Spectators and Contestants on cash basis.
The Halfway House will be available all week when you make the turn on a cash basis.
